I've spent most of my life trying to figure out why some things work, and others do not don't work
in business.
One thing I have found is that there's a missing link in most business training. They'll tell you all the stuff you need to KNOW - fill your head with systems, techniques, processes and so forth. They give you lots and lots of things to DO - lists, charts, graphs, statistics, schedules and plans.
